Taking into account the origin of the brand - where men wear snug underwear - these briefs will be tight if you match size letter to U.S. standards. They are cut in the front to reveal more of your belly, kind of a low rise. Since they are not 100 percent cotton, they have a litte stretch which is good. They are very sexy looking when worn and feel great, but they run a tad small. After wearing them a few times, I will have to go to a large, just to snug around the package, so if you wear a med, get a large.Like this brand of underwear.
